helpful staff beautiful view dinner reservations
I found the staff very helpful. One kind employee at the front desk walked me to a travel agency. This helped me book my ferry tickets after several failed attempts. Staff also assisted with dinner reservations and transport. The city and fountain views from the hotel were a bonus.
The elevators were tiny and sometimes a little slow.

the family suite worked great for us! it can be difficult getting joint rooms to accommodate a family and these were perfect. staff were helpful arranging transfers to the port! we had great access to the metro too and the breakfast was wonderful.
the elevators were tiny! waiting was a pain since there were only two old elevators. it was a bit of an inconvenience during busy times.

the comfort double room included modern decor and functional design. the shower was especially spacious with great water pressure and temperature control. bedding included premium pillows and a high thread count sheet set.

the gym featured three treadmills and two elliptical machines. complimentary water and towels are available. the business center provides computer access and printing services open twenty four hours.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection and tasty options. i also found the room to be very clean upon arrival. the staff assisted me with directions to nearby attractions and were helpful.
the elevators were quite small causing delays during peak hours. i noticed the surrounding area was somewhat run down. the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed.
